Our products are made to order by our production partner, Printful. SIA Bored of Borders remains responsible for your purchase and customer service.
2. Products & Availability
Every item is made to order, especially for you.
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, colours, sizes, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, production methods, and materials.
Product availability may change. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable solution or a refund.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the store and include applicable taxes where required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered. Any applicable additional charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Depending on the destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Where these are not included in the checkout total, they may be payable by the recipient.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not directly store your payment card details.
4. Orders
Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Please double-check your product selection, size, colour, delivery address, and contact details before completing your purchase.
Since production can begin shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Production & Delivery
All products are made to order by Printful.
Production usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product and its availability.
Shipping times depend on your destination. Delivery estimates, shipping costs, and information about restricted destinations are explained in our separate Delivery & Shipping Terms.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are made on demand, we encourage you to check the size guides, product descriptions, and colour options carefully before ordering.
We do not offer voluntary exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or colour preferences, except where required by applicable law.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If your item arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or quality issue, please contact us at speak@boredofborders.com, ideally within 15 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property
The Bored of Borders name, logos, designs, photographs, texts, and other original content displayed on this website belong to SIA Bored of Borders or their respective rights holders and are used with permission where applicable.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce or commercially use its design.
8. Website & Information
We do our best to keep the store accurate, secure, and working smoothly.
Occasionally, information may contain errors or the website may experience technical issues. If an error affects an order, we’ll contact you and work towards an appropriate solution.
We may update product information, prices, availability, and website content when necessary. Any changes to prices or terms will not retroactively affect confirmed orders without your agreement, unless required by law.

If anything goes wrong, please contact us first at speak@boredofborders.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and as quickly as possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or another competent consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body, where applicable.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the relevant laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our store, services, or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on our website. The terms applicable to an order are those provided to the customer when the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law.
