Every Bored of Borders item is made to order by our friends at Printful. Here’s what you need to know about production, shipping, and delivery.
1. Production Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product and its availability.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally, and delivery times depend on your location.
- International orders (outside Latvia): Shipping typically takes 5–20 business days after production.
- Orders within Latvia: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service and destination, but typically take 3–5 business days.
Please note that production and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries around the world. However, certain destinations are currently unavailable due to legal restrictions, international circumstances, or shipping carrier limitations.
At present, we cannot ship to:
- Crimea and restricted areas of Donetsk and Luhansk, Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Gaza Strip, Palestine
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Venezuela
Please note that shipping restrictions may change in response to international developments or carrier policies.
Shipping to Ukraine
We would absolutely love to ship to Ukraine, and we’re happy that we still can, although with some limitations.
Due to the ongoing war and limitations on international shipping services, we can currently ship to Ukraine only when orders are fulfilled at Printful’s facility in Latvia.
At the moment this applies to apparel and caps. Our canvas prints can’t currently be shipped to Ukraine.
Unfortunately, deliveries to the restricted territories of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk are not available.
