Every Bored of Borders item is made to order by our friends at Printful, especially for you. Because of this, we don’t generally accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or colour preferences, except where required by applicable law.
Please double-check your size, colour, and order details before placing your order.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your item arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or quality issue, we’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement or refund.
If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at speak@boredofborders.com, ideally within 15 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used to place the order
- A photo or video clearly showing the issue
- Your preferred solution: a refund or a replacement (reprint)
We’ll review the details and get back to you as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we may need some additional information.
The 15-day reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including your rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
