The ocean thought that we are approaching Rio too soon and turned on heavy North wind which would push us past Rio and into oil platform area, if we would let it. To prevent this unpleasant detour, we lowered our sea-anchor early yesterday morning, and it worked like a charm, slowing our drift to 5,5 nautical miles per day. We plan to pull in the anchor with the morning light, because the forecast promises favorable weather.

We would really appreciate, if you could send good thoughts and South wind our way. Thanks!
